The plot of The Fast and the Furious.

Exciting and thrilling, The Fast and the Furious has a multi-layer car racing story as its focus. Starring Paul Walker and Vin Diesel, the film takes a harsh look at Asia's automotive import industry. Slick cop Brian O'Connor is asked to locate a handful of robbers, who use Honda Civics that have been modified to steal merchandise by forming a friendship with street racers. He participates in a street racing tournament in the desert in a 1970 Dodge Charger and ends up racing criminal Dom Toretto. In the closing scenes Dom hurts himself and Brian allows him run away instead of taking him to the police station for his crimes because he has started a relationship with his sister. The action movie completes its aim to provide spectacular scene shots and entertainment.
The Italian Job - a summary
Anybody with a slight interest in cars and iconic movies will know about The Italian Job. The Brit classic has amassed a multitude of fans and contemporary follow ups of the picture, released way back in the 1960, have since been filmed starring superb actors like Charlize Theron and Mark Wahlberg. Award-winning actor Michael Cain plays the main role. The character he plays, called Charlie, creates a team of thieves to steal a package of gold bars from Torino, Italy using a bus, two Jaguars and three Mini Coopers. What ensues is a series of car chases through the rooftops, rivers, sewers, city streets and highways. The team are successful in robbing the authorities of their gold but their bus driver loses control and their vehicle is left teetering over the edge of a cliff - the end credits start playing as the team decide how to save their lives as well as the gold.
